Revisions: what changes after sending
Why a sent quote cannot be modified, and how to create a revision.

While in draft status, a quote can be edited freely. Once sent, its content is locked: the customer requires certainty that the proposal received remains binding.
Creating a revision
- In History, click Revise on the sent quote.
- The sent version is archived, and the next revision opens under the same quote number.
- Make edits, save, and send again.
Viewing previous revisions
In History, open Previous revisions. Each version retains its own PDF reflecting pricing on that date.
