Send quote to ERP

When the client approves, the quote can become an order in the ERP you already use. It works with Omie and Bling; Tiny is coming next.

How to connect

1. In Omie, go to Settings › Apps and generate the app key and secret.
2. Here, open ERP in the menu.
3. Paste the key and secret, check Integration enabled, and click Save.
4. The key is stored on the server and is never displayed on screen again.

How to send

• The Approved awaiting sending list shows what has not yet been sent to the ERP.
• Click Send to ERP on the quote row.
• The quote’s customer is created or updated in the ERP by CPF or CNPJ.
• The created order number appears in Sent.
