Unanswered quote reminders
How the dashboard highlights pending sent quotes awaiting a response.

The Dashboard lists sent quotes that have remained unanswered longer than the configured threshold, sorted from oldest to newest. The Follow up button opens WhatsApp with the same link previously sent to the customer.
Changing the threshold
In Parameters › General, in the unanswered days threshold field. The default is 5 days.
