About Kine Quote
Quoting software for people who cut sheet metal.
Kine Quote came out of a shop floor problem: quoting laser cutting in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet approximates cut length with straight segments, ignores the time spent on every pierce, and does not keep the parameters used in the maths. All three errors surface later, in the margin — once the part is cut and the price is already given.

We build the commercial software for laser cutting shops: reading the DXF drawing, calculating cutting time from the geometry, pricing against real production cost, and issuing the proposal as a PDF. Arcs, holes and contours are measured exactly, not approximated by straight lines.

Metalwork shops, fabricators and laser cutting services across the Americas that quote in a spreadsheet today and lose time, margin, or both. The interface is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Kine Quote is run by Edilson Lino (as an individual until the company is formally registered; after that, under the company name). It is the same information declared in the Privacy Policy.
How we work
- Calculation before looks: the number has to match the real machine, not the presentation.
- Nothing invented: we do not publish a metric, benchmark or case study we cannot show.
- Every feature comes from a real problem in production, not from a sales script.
- Anything still being built is presented as such, with no date we cannot keep.
