Revisions
What the customer received stays put
Once sent, a quote is frozen. To change it you open a revision with the same number, and every version keeps its own PDF.

DraftHow a revision works
- 01
Free while it is a draft
As long as it is a draft, the quote can be edited as much as you like.
- 02
Sent means frozen
The customer needs to know that what they received is what counts.
- 03
Revise
In History, Revise stores the sent version and opens the next one, with the same number.
Why a revision, not a copy
Same number
The customer keeps talking about the same quote; only the revision changes.
A PDF for each version
Under Previous revisions, each version has its own PDF with that day’s prices.
No quota used
Revising does not count towards the monthly quota. Copying creates a new quote and does.
Frequently asked questions
