Kine Quote operates from Brazil: these documents are governed by Brazilian law — including the LGPD, the Brazilian data protection act — and the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, are the agreed venue. Where this translation and the Portuguese original differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kine Quote, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service is
B2B SaaS that reads DXF files, produces technical laser cutting quotes and nests parts on the sheet, based on the machine, material and pricing parameters you set up. It includes features such as approval by link, a quote portal and sending orders to your ERP, depending on the plan.
3. Important technical disclaimer
The calculations produced (cutting time, cost, dimensions) are technical estimates based on the parameters you set up. Kine Quote is not responsible for production decisions made without human review and CAM validation before releasing a part to the machine. Files without a declared unit or with open geometry are flagged, but the final decision to quote or not is yours.
The same applies to nesting: the layout, the number of sheets, the utilization and the cost per part are estimates. Check the cutting plan in your machine's software before cutting.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your company's access credentials confidential. Each customer company's data is isolated from the others (multi-tenant) — report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
When you turn on the quote portal or the ERP integration, your company is responsible for the data it receives from buyers through the portal, for the ERP credentials it enters, and for how it uses them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: upload files you have no right to process, attempt to access another customer company data, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without authorisation.
6. Ownership
The platform, its code and its design belong to Kine Quote. The data you enter (quotes, customers, files) belongs to you — you may export it or request its deletion at any time.
7. Price and cancellation
The free trial lasts 7 days. After that, billing follows the chosen plan, monthly or yearly, through Asaas (Pix, bank slip or card). The limits of each plan — quotes per month, users, machines, stored history and nesting exports — are those shown on the pricing page. Cancel at any time, with no penalty, effective at the end of the cycle already paid.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Venue
The courts of the district of São Paulo - SP, Brazil, are the agreed venue for any disputes.
