Who changed what

The audit log for changes to pricing, permissions, subscription plans, and the portal.

Updated on September 23, 2026

Prices don't change on their own: someone made the change. The audit log tracks every adjustment made to settings that affect pricing, access rights, and public visibility, complete with who changed it and the exact timestamp.

Where to find it

  1. Open Settings from your account menu.
  2. Select the Privacy section.
  3. The Who changed what list shows the last 50 changes, from most recent to oldest.

What gets recorded

  • Machine parameters and rate tables: hourly machine rates, material costs, assist gas, taxes, and markups.
  • Quote defaults, such as validity periods and standard notes.
  • Permissions: role changes between owner and operator.
  • Company details and subscription plan.
  • Enabling or disabling the quoting portal.
  • Connecting, disconnecting, or reconfiguring your ERP integration.

What the log never stores

Your ERP API key is never copied into the log. Instead, only a digital fingerprint is saved: you can see that the key was changed, but never what it is. The same rule applies to any sensitive credentials entered into the system.

How long records are kept

Twenty-four months. After that, each entry deletes itself in a daily run at 01:17 Brasilia time. If a company account is closed, its audit log goes with it.
