Owner and operator

• Owner: manages the account, company details, logo, extra quotes, and usage limits.
• Operator: creates quotes, adds customers, and uses the dashboard without billing access.

The account belongs to the company, not an individual

Everyone on the same account sees the same quote history, the same customers, and the same pricing parameters. Lucas creates a quote today; João opens it tomorrow from his computer, and it is right there. Each person logs in with their own email and password, and nobody knocks anyone else offline.

• When an account has more than one person, History gains a Created by column, which shows who prepared each quote, and a filter next to it to view only those by one of them.
• In Margin, the view by salesperson compares how much each person closed and at what margin.
• In Usage, you can see how many quotes each person used from the monthly quota.
