Paying for your plan and extra quotes
How to pay via Asaas, when the plan activates, and what happens if payment is overdue.

In Brazil, Kine Quote charges through Asaas, our billing partner. You pay on their secure page using Pix, boleto, or card. Your card number does not pass through Kine Quote.
How to pay
- To subscribe, choose the plan and billing cycle on the plans screen. For extra quotes, open Usage › Buy.
- Enter your company’s CPF or CNPJ. It appears on the Pix, boleto, and invoice.
- Click Pay. The Asaas page will open with the amount.
- Pay using Pix, boleto, or card.
When the plan activates
The plan and the extra-quote balance are added automatically as soon as Asaas confirms the payment: instantly with Pix and card, and within 3 business days with boleto.
Changing plans
Subscribe to the new plan on the plans screen. Once its first payment is confirmed, the previous subscription is canceled. Any amount already paid for the old plan is not deducted from the new one.
