Extra quotes

What they are

Extra quotes are a credit balance purchased separately from your plan. When your monthly quota runs out, each new quote consumes one extra quote from your balance, provided extra quotes are enabled.

How they work

• Your plan quota is consumed first. Extra quotes are only used once it runs out.
• Each new quote beyond the quota consumes one extra quote. Editing or revising does not consume balance.
• The balance is shared among all users on the account.
• The balance never expires.
• Extra quotes are not available during the free trial.

Enabling extra quotes

1. Open the account menu › Usage.
2. Under Extra quotes, turn on the toggle switch and confirm in Activate.
3. Purchase credits in Buy more quotes.

Pricing and discounts

• Standard price: R$ 29 per quote in Brazil, US$ 12 internationally.
• 10 extra quotes: 10% discount. 25 extra quotes: 20%. 50 extra quotes: 30%.
• First recharge: 30% discount on any quantity.
• Discounts do not stack: the highest discount applies.

Monthly limit

You can define a monthly ceiling for extra quotes. Once reached, new quotes are blocked until the next month, even if balance remains.

Auto-recharge

Select a minimum threshold and a quantity: when your balance drops below the threshold, the chosen quantity is automatically purchased using your saved credit card.

Tips to spend less

• Follow the forecast on the Usage screen: it alerts you when your monthly pace will exceed the quota.
• If you use extra quotes every month, upgrading your plan is more economical. The purchase screen indicates the breakeven point.
• Set a monthly limit to avoid unexpected charges.

• Do extra quotes roll over to the next month? Yes, the balance never expires.
• I upgraded my plan and still have remaining balance. It remains in your account and will be used if your new quota also runs out.
